TheFibell InnovaGoods water-filled kettle bell is extremely versatile due to its original dead-weight design which adapts itself to the desired type of exercise and level of intensity. It enables a wide range of movements: lifting, loading, throwing, balancing, pulling, rowing and pushing. All the muscles of the body work at a greater intensity and simultaneously to control and balance the movement of the water, thereby multiplying the training results.
