This inflatable ball is like a giant balloon and is easy to inflate by following the instructions in the manual included. Simply pull the integrated inflation valve outwards, insert the inflation nozzle into it and connect it to a compatible inflation pump (the inflation pump is not included). When the diameter reaches 120cm, it will be fully inflated. Remove the nozzle and reinsert the valve inside.
To deflate it, remove the valve again, insert the nozzle and wait until the air is released. It comes with a patch to repair punctures. It is recommended for use on paving or grass, never on surfaces with stones, mud or other sharp objects that may damage it.
